IBM Smarter Workforce had 3 key goals: (1) integrate several complex SAAS web apps, which help companies attract, recruit, hire, engage, & develop talent, (2) greatly improve user experience, and (3) leapfrog the competition. This required bringing together multiple dev teams & delivering a shared vision on an extremely tight timeline.

I set strategy & creative execution for the Talent Suite and led the teams to develop a number of innovative, mobile-first, responsive applications. I leveraged IBM Design Thinking, developed an extensive user program with 50+ clients to enable continuous user research & usability testing.
