I am Head of UX & Creative Director at Amazon overseeing several areas of seller experiences including seller analytics, AI driven recommendations, marketing, & new seller experiences. Prior to that, I led a high-touch support UX practice at Google, where I built & scaled a UX team & leaders, initiated large-scale Northstar strategy, & delivered first AI/ML driven product innovation. I have over 15 years of UX leadership experience in startups, large tech companies, and interactive agencies including Amazon, Google, Vanguard, IBM, & EPAM. In several of my roles, I had an opportunity to build large UX design & research programs from the ground up, launch & transform stellar digital products, and lead & scale teams through strategic Northstar visioning, agile product experimentation, & continuous discovery.
I presented at Business x Design (TechCircus), PhillyCHI, Gradient Ventures & other conferences and served as President of the UXPA (Delaware Valley), Editor of Boxes and Arrows, Journal of Usability Studies (JUS), and UXPA Publications. I hold an MIS degree from Indiana University, Bloomington (IN). My interests outside work include hiking with my two pups, music (classical, piano, jazz), art, history, and above all fun activities with my family & kids.
