Clarins
COMPANY: EPAM (EMPATHY LAB) / CLIENT: CLARINS.COM / ROLE: UX RESEARCH & DESIGN / AWARD: DAVEY AWARD
Clarins is a French luxury cosmetics company. The goal was to create a modern, content-rich, mobile-enabled, immersive brand experience that reinvigorates Clarins’ online image and uses its unique strengths to develop a highly profitable, internationalized state-of-the art eCommerce business.
I was instrumental in winning the pitch and leading client interactions. I defined innovative, mobile-optimized, content-rich, internationalized eCommerce Design strategy & IA, created UX for key interactions, conducted contextual inquiry & remote usability, & provided creative direction.
